Procedures and Policies of the CHS Library
Procedures for Coming to the Library
Report to Study Hall, sign in, and tell the monitor you would like to go to the Library.
Sign the Library list, and go directly to the Library.
Mrs. Holden will take attendance when students arrive with the Library list.
When in the Library, please remain on task, and speak quietly, as there are often many students in the Library.
Students who disregard Library rules and procedures will lose Library privileges for a set period of time (a month, a week, etc.), at the discretion of Mrs. Holden.
Policies
Students are to sign in when they arrive in the Library. If you need to leave during the period, tell Mrs. Holden before you do.
Students are expected to adhere to all District Technology rules.
Please clean up after yourself -- chairs, garbage, magazines, newspapers, books, etc. -- need to be put in their proper places!
Stay in the general Library area -- the office is for faculty use only.

Let Mrs. Holden know when you've read a good book, or if you have any suggestions for the City Honors Library!
