Funding Guidelines

Procedure for Funding Requests

1. It is highly recommended that funding requests are submitted and approved prior to their incursion. This ensures that the proposed expense meets funding guidelines.
2. A Funding Request Form must be filled out. Ten copies of the request must be made for the Board of Directors
3. Clearly state the following information (1) the dollar amount requested (2) to whom the check is to be addressed (3) the reason/benefit to the school (4) the number of students impacted (5) whether other funding is available and (6) the date required for the award.
4. Submit the itemized request to Dr. Kresse.
5. Provide receipts for actual expenses.

Acceptable Areas of Funding

• Teacher training and associated expenses (generally includes registration fees, lodging and transportation)
• School sponsored trips and competitions
• Clubs and sports - Up to $200.00 per sport
• Equipment and Supplies
• Other: Funding outside the specified areas will be considered on an individual basis.
